Salvation

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, Who loved me, and gave Himself for me. Galatians 2:20

Why was Jesus the sacrificial offering for sin?

Answer:

“And I sought for a man among them,  that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: But I found none.” Ezekiel 22:30

Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.  (Hebrews 10:5,6,7)

Note: God became dissatisfied with both men and women who continued to disobey his laws. And he concluded that he would no longer accept the sacrifices of animals for sins committed. And he determined that the blood of a man must be shed, and his body must become the sacrificial offering for the sins of the human race, once and for all. The man had to be one who had not committed sin.

There was no man upon the face of earth who had not committed sin.

Because of the love God has for us, he gave us another chance. He sacrificed his only son for our sins;

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

The prophets informed the Savior would come, long become the miraculous birth of Jesus Christ took place. Therefore, it is written in the volume of the book as stated above.

God's Protection Plan

Psalm 91

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High

shall abide under the shadow of the  Almighty.

I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

A Miraculous Healing

Woman wakes from 16-year catatonic state

ALBUQUERQU _ For 16 years, a 42-year-old female was said to have been unresponsive to the world -unable to Speak, swallow or move much. On Christmas Eve, she suddenly snapped back to consciousness.

“Don’t do that,” she blurted out when nurses were trying to fix her nursing home bed on Dec. 24.

Doctors cannot explain why this lady awakened from the catatonic state she slipped into while delivering her fourth child. According to this newspaper report,   doctors said her condition was caused by a blood clot that lodged in her lung and caused her to stop breathing during a Caesarean Section.

Further Reports:

Regarding her medical condition, her speech is said to be clear, but still limited. Her hands which had been clenched tightly for 16 years have loosened.  She is said to be speaking her children names, catching up on family developments and spending a lot of time watching her children.

At this time, report is that she is being driven up into the mountains to breathe the fresh air. She has been wheeled around a shopping mall. On Monday, she was said to have pointed to her new running shoes and said: “I’m going to run.”

“I just went up to her and gave her a hug, and she gave me a hug back,” the oldest child was quoted saying to the newspaper.

Her mother reportedly said, "It was a Christmas Miracle from God."

The Power of Supernatural Healing

Those who have received healing within their bodies, without medical intervention, received their healing from supernatural powers. This is a method of healing that can’t be explained as to how it occurred.

We refer to these kinds of healing as ‘miracles.’ Biblical studies, teaches us that Jesus himself healed the sick and that he gave that same power, to his followers, to continue his ministry:

Scripture: Acts 3:2-9

And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.

And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed to them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking,and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God.

Personal Comments:

Personally, I know of individuals who have received miracles. Many people of today, have witnessed miracles. Some medical professionals have seen them. When an individual's life is left only in the hands of God, after doctors and nurses have done all that is humanly possible, and the patient's health improves beyond medical explanation, and they are dismissed from the hospital in good health, that had nothing to do with medical intervention, it is supernatural healing.

God proves to us that he is the only Creator. He has the power over life and death.
